ℹ️ General information

The psychiatric branch of the Clinical Investigation Center is located on the CURE (University Center for Research and Exploration in Psychiatry) platform and conducts clinical research in the context of the PEPR PROPSY program.
The platform is located at Fontan 1 Hospital at Lille University Hospital.

The department conducts innovative studies in the field of psychiatry and child psychiatry from a neuroscience perspective.

Its missions include conducting neuropsychological assessments, administering scales and psychiatric interviews, and selecting and supporting patients in research protocols carried out at CIC-CURE.

The first studies focus on adolescent or young adult patients in the psychotic spectrum (patients at high risk of psychotic transition, first psychotic episode, and schizophrenia).

Position: Psychologist specializing in neuropsychology

Assigned sector: CIC psychiatric unit (CURE unit at Fontan Hospital 1 (50%)

Medical and scientific reporting line: Line manager N+1: Prof. Renaud JARDRI

🕐 Working hours

Type of shift: Fixed

Hours: 50% (based on 35 or 39 hours per week)

Shift times: to be determined with the successful candidate

Main task

He assists the investigator in all aspects of conducting clinical research, including patient screening, communication within the investigator network, clinical research logistics, and the implementation of quality assurance procedures and applicable legal regulations.

In terms of their neuropsychological expertise, they participate in the design and implementation of psychological and neuropsychological assessments and follow-ups for new research protocols, taking into account the links between mental, cognitive, and behavioral functioning, in order to ensure appropriate, informed, and respectful participation by patients and healthy volunteers.

He/she conducts psychological and neuropsychological assessments and psychological follow-up as part of clinical research protocols already in progress or being promoted externally.

Primary responsabilities

Neuropsychological assessments and testing of patients and volunteers
Clinical evaluation of patients and volunteers through clinical interviews
Preparation of reports and feedback to research teams
Conducting follow-up visits
Assistance with patient selection and identification
Conducting psychological/psychiatric assessments and interviews
Participation in the drafting and implementation of new clinical research studies
Ethical monitoring of research protocols
