PEPR PROPSY was delighted to support the participation of French researchers in the European College of Neuropsychopharmacology (ECNP) Roadmap Meeting, held on January 19 and 20 in Amsterdam, a scientific meeting dedicated to the validation of biomarkers for precision psychiatry.
As part of the ECNP Roadmap, which aims to redefine the diagnostic framework for mental disorders, this event highlighted the urgent need to move from conceptual frameworks to practical implementation.
Building on previous editions that explored scientific foundations and methodological approaches, this meeting focused on biomarker-based strategies aimed at revolutionizing psychiatric drug development and patient care.
At the heart of the discussions were:
✔️ the transition of biomarkers from research to clinical practice,
✔️ the design and optimization of clinical trials,
✔️ the development of personalized therapeutic strategies.
