PEPR PROPSY program was present at the Fondation FondaMental fall school on November 13, 2025.
On the agenda:
- An update on the progress of the French Minds cohort with Marion Leboyer and Imene Ben Mohamed.
- A national multimodal cohort of 10,000 subjects (patients and controls) with bipolar disorder, treatment-resistant depression, schizophrenia, and autism spectrum disorder without intellectual disability.
- A care pathway integrating medical expertise and participation in research.
- A 12-month follow-up in 35 hospitals across the country.
- Face-to-face visits with clinical, biological, and neuropsychological assessments and brain MRIs.
- Digital assessments via online questionnaires and connected tools.

Vanessa Ralli then outlined her mission to bring communities together, uniting a range of stakeholders (patients, elected officials and decision-makers, researchers, healthcare professionals, and the media) around the PEPR PROPSY program.
Objectives:
- Create a federation of users committed to researching and promoting the results of the PEPR.
- Raise awareness among policy makers to support the development of precision psychiatry.
- Encourage transdisciplinarity and cross-collaboration to enrich research.
- Help change perceptions of psychiatry by highlighting its scientific dynamism and prospects for innovation.
