🧑⚕️ Sainte Marguerite and Salvator University Hospital is seeking a nurse or case manager to support patients as part of the French Minds cohort. This role combines patient care, coordination, and follow-up with a clinical research component, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
1️⃣ Care Coordination and Patient Follow-up
Welcome, assess, and guide patients through their care journey.
Collaborate with medical teams to coordinate psychological, somatic, and psychiatric care.
Conduct motivational interviews to encourage adherence to the treatment program.
Monitor clinical indicators using digital tools to detect risks of relapse.
2️⃣ Participation in clinical research
Conduct patient intake consultations and develop personalized care plans.
Perform technical procedures (vital signs, ECG, blood tests, EEG, etc.).
Assist patients in using digital tools (apps, smartwatches).
Collect administrative, clinical, and research data in accordance with the protocol.
3️⃣ Traceability and documentation
Ensure the traceability of information in patient records and within the research protocol.
Manage self-administered questionnaires, specimen collection kits, and other materials.
Participate in telephone assessments and regular patient follow-ups.
🎓 Requirements
State-certified nursing degree.
Experience in psychiatry preferred.
Strong interest in clinical research.

Establish a therapeutic alliance with patients.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to manage priorities and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
📗 Knowledge
Psychiatric disorders and psychiatric care systems.
Proficiency in digital and office software.
Clinical research methodologies (a plus).
Employment Status: Full-time (100%).
Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (7.5 hours per day).
Location: Sainte Marguerite University Hospital and Salvator University Hospital, 13009, Marseille.
Hospital contract.
