Jasmina Mallet Speaks at Sorbonne University on the Transmission of Knowledge

Jasmina Mallet spoke at Sorbonne University on a central question: How can we better transmit knowledge in psychiatry and mental health today?

As these topics take on increasing prominence in public discourse, science communication plays an essential role in facilitating the exchange of knowledge among researchers, professionals, those affected, their loved ones, and the general public, while helping to combat stigma.

In this context, Jasmina Mallet presented the graphic novel Le Monde est psy !, co-written with author Benoit Boyart and supported by the PEPR PROPSY initiative. This graphic novel blends scientific knowledge, personal experiences, and the general public’s perspective. Drawing on the principles of Graphic Medicine, Jasmina Mallet championed the graphic novel as a powerful tool for knowledge transfer, reflection, and dialogue.

This approach aligns with the goals of the PEPR PROPSY program: to foster knowledge sharing and dialogue between research, clinical practice, and society.
