PEPR PROPSY program, a research initiative in precision psychiatry, in close collaboration with the Fondation FondaMental and the LJCOM agency, is launching a national recruitment campaign.
Starting in September 2025, strengthen care teams in 35 specialized psychiatric hospitals across the country: FondaMental Expert Centers and RHU PsyCare Centers, responsible for evaluating the French Minds cohort.
Here are the available positions:
- Psychologists.
- Neuropsychologists.
- State-qualified nurses.
- Research technicians.
A total of 70 positions!
This campaign comes at a time of great tension in the French psychiatric sector. Today, more than two million people are cared for in specialized services, twice as many as in 2003. This increase in needs has been accompanied by a growing shortage of professionals.
The sector also suffers from a lack of attractiveness. Psychiatry remains one of the least chosen medical specialties, even though it represents one of the most innovative fields in modern medicine.
That’s what the #RdvAvecLaPsy campaign is all about: changing the way people look at the mental health professions, highlighting the essential role of multidisciplinary teams and inspiring people to take up the profession, around a project that is at once scientific, humane and meaningful!
- Job postings on our website and LinkedIn page, on specialized job boards (hospital and university hospital job boards) and dedicated Facebook groups.
- Poster campaign throughout France: railway stations, buses, university hospitals, nursing training institutes and faculties.
- Digital and print presence in science-related media.
- Distribution of a national press release, followed by regional versions.
