🧑⚕️ Toulouse University Hospital is looking for a nurse or case manager to support patients as part of the French Minds cohort. This role combines care, coordination and follow-up, with a clinical research component, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
1️⃣ Care coordination and patient follow-up
Welcome, assess and orient patients in their care pathway.
Collaborate with medical teams to coordinate psychological, somatic and psychiatric care.
Conduct motivational interviews to encourage adherence to care programs.
Monitor clinical indicators using digital tools to detect risks of relapse.
2️⃣ Participation in clinical research
Take charge of patient inclusion consultations and define a personalized care plan.
Perform technical procedures (taking vitals, ECG, blood tests, EEG, etc.).
Support patients in the use of digital tools (applications, connected watches).
Collect administrative, clinical and research data in accordance with protocol.
3️⃣ Traceability and documentation
Ensure traceability of information in patient files and within the framework of the research protocol.
Manage self-questionnaires, sampling kits and other materials.
Participate in telephone assessments and regular patient follow-ups.
🎓 Prerequisites:
- State diploma in nursing.
- Experience in psychiatry preferred.
- Strong interest in clinical research.
🙌 Know-how:
- Establish a therapeutic alliance with patients.
- Work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage priorities and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
📗 Knowledge:
- Psychiatric pathologies and care systems.
- Use of digital and office automation tools.
- Clinical research methodologies (a plus).
Quota: Full-time (100%).
Hours: 9h-17h (7h30 per day).
Location: Toulouse University Hospital, 330 avenue de Grande Bretagne.
Contract: Hospital or university contract, depending on site.
